A short tram or metro ride away from the Spido docks you’ll find the Euromast. This imposing tower is over 180 metres tall and is one of the eyecatchers of Rotterdam’s skyline. How it works

Checking in and out with your debit card works the same way as with your
OV-chipkaart. Below we explain it step by step.

Step by step

  1. Hold your debit card, credit card or mobile against the card reader or gate and you are checked in.
  2. Are you getting off? It's the same way. And with the same card you checked in with.
  3. Your payment is automatic. The next day you see the amount in your payment summary with the description NLOV. And the price? That is the same as traveling with your OV-chipkaart.
  4. Want to see the travel costs of a particular day? Then download the app or enter the 14 numbers and letters behind NLOV and the amount debited on this page.
